You may view, print and download the test sheets for personal, educational or internal business printer testing. You may not resell the sheets as a standalone product, remove source attribution from a redistributed copy, or present the site as an official tool of a printer manufacturer.
Diagnostic limitations
The site provides practical visual test patterns and general explanatory information. It does not provide a guarantee that a printer, cartridge, printhead, driver or other component is functioning correctly.
Do not rely on a generic test sheet instead of manufacturer safety instructions, service procedures or professional repair advice when those are appropriate.
Printing costs and device use
Printing uses paper, ink or toner. Maintenance cycles can also consume supplies. You are responsible for the settings and actions you choose on your device and for following the printer manufacturer's instructions.
Availability and changes
We may update, replace or remove test sheets, translations, content or site features. We may also change these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means the current version applies.
